There is nothing more flattering when someone has a crush on you. Even better when the feeling is mutual. I know I have a crush on someone too and so many times I wish I could approach this person. In my case, this person is off limits as he is a big manager in my company and he is married, however, I don't know much about your crush. Is she single, is she a coworker or fellow classmate. Find out what her interests are and go from there. Just get enough courage to ask her out. That's how most people start dating because someone had the courage enough to make the first move. If you don't, someone else just might. Don't! It will take all the wonder out of it. Really act completely at ease around her. Poke some fun at her, don't be afraid of her or nervos around her. Work on getting physical with her like touching her arm. Treat her like a good friend that you can talk to about whatever. Be yourself around her. But don't complement her too much most women are turned off by that.

Find something to jib her about like her cloths, hair something no one else dose. Just don't carry it too far or you'll scare her away.

[edited by claudia]- i agree with both these things but maybe don't get too touchy because that would freak me out (trust me lol). also if you really want to tell her make sure you're alone because if she doesn't feel the same way then you won't be embarrassed if all her friends are hanging around. Complements are a good idea too, but not alot because again that's pretty freaky.

How to tell her: Look at her sweetly and just explain how you feel about her. If she backs out then just say that you still want to be friends if that's okay with her (only if you want to) and don't EVER bring it up again. [[and like Sarah said ^, im a girl and i hav alot of experience lol]].

Also before you ask see if her friends know if she likes you that way it wont be akward by you taking the first step.

If you want to find out if she likes you too and you want to save yourself a lot of time and potential heartache, here are some ideas:

Make nice comments on the way they look

subtle =

- I like your dress/blouse/ear rings

- the x brings out the colour in your eyes

Or just go for it and say something along the lines that you really like her and would like to get to know her better and ask her how she feels about that.

If she says 'cool' it's all good/

If she makes an excuse (however genuine sounding or not) move on and be cool yourself (no worries)

Love never works one way unfortunately and you are always better off with someone who feels the same way you do (in the long run anyway)
