You didn't say that you injured yourself, so I'm worried that the blue color and pain might caused by a lack of proper oxygen flow. I would suggest seeing a doctor about this one if it happens often, as it can be the indication of a serious circulatory problem. In the meantime, massage the area to help restore normal bloodflow and take something like Advil or Aleve for the pain. Honestly, this worries me quite a bit. I'm not sure if something else is causing the pain in the feet, but this can also come from them not being oxygenated enough. I would highly recommend that you see a doctor about it, and do not wear any tight shoes, socks, or pants around the areas that are blue or hurting.
