Use them twice a day every morning & evening. Take a pad out of the container and gently rub it over your problem areas on your face. I sugget you start by using one pad a day on your face for about 2 - 3 days just to see if it improves your acne. If your skin becomes dry just apply a good lotion to your face afterwards. DO NOT use it 3 times a day or it will badly damage your skin.
