be Naruto , wait until his hyper mode gauge is up. one its up it will shine like a light blinking off and on. press the L to show the ninjutsu plate. next it will say hyper mode . pressing L while holding R allows the character to enter hyper mode. certain ninjutsu techniques may only be used during hyper mode. hyper mode ends when when gauge is fully depleted. so anyway once you are in hypermode you will see Giant rasengan. press and you have done it.
