Multiples tend to be born earlier than singles because there just isn't enough room for so many to keep growing in there. So they are typically smaller when born. Based just on that, you'd think natural would be easier. However, carrying multiples also increases the chances of stuff happening that makes natural too risky versus a cesarean. You need to be having regular visits to your obstetrician throughout any pregancy, but especially with a special one like this, and asking him/her all the questions you can.
