The military work on Zulu time, which is GMT (Greenwich mean time) or UTC (Universal Time) - which are basically the same but differ in name.
This allows any unit, to coordinate any operation to a standard time, without having to worry about time differences.

Answer If they are normal types of personal issues that anyone could face from time to time then the spouse should be able to relate. It could be personality differences.
