Yes and No. In a way imperiaism was good by helping other countries with issues like for example now the United States are helping Africa with their aids problem, starvation, homeless and education to try to fight for African's freedom against refugy camps and rebels trying to rule the people. No as in taking over other countries and controling the communties and torturing the wrong and innocent people.
