Heat transfer within the atmosphere occurs via all three modes of heat transfer:Conduction - as the air contacts existing heat sources. These might be surfaces that have been heated previously viaabsorptionof solar radiation or from chemical reactions
Convection - as warm air mixes with cold air as air currents move the air around and as buoyancy effects cause warm air to rise and cooler air to sink.
Radiation - much of the air is composed of heat absorbing molecules such as water vapor. Solar radiation is absorbed by these molecules, causing them to warm up.
Heat is transferred throughout the earth system by either conduction, convection or radiation. The heat energy goes between the earth's surface and the atmosphere.
by the water
the objects which enter the earths atmosphere are being pulled down towards the earths surface due to the earths gravity. And so it leads to falling falling of large objects from the space on the surface of the earth.
atmosphere
Where on earth surface does most precipitation fall
Sorry, but your data is wrong. Nitrogen does reach the surface. Its 4/5 th of the atmosphere.
yes the earths surface absorbs more radiant energy from the sun than the atmosphere GOOD LUCK :)
the Amazon
it is the water cycle
a volcanic erruption
weather and climate
water cycle
mesosphere
Thermosphere, it is also the atmosphere with the highest temperatures.
The energy exchanges between space , the atmosphere, and earths surface produce
the atmosphere
the earths surface.
the earths surface.
When Earths surface is heated it radiates some of the energy back into the atmosphere as "Infrared Radiation."
