Most climbers who reach the summit of Mount Everest do not stay for very long, they know they still have a long way to go before getting back down to safety.
But, Bhakta Kumar Rai from Nepal spent 32 hours on top of Mount Everest. He reached the top at 5:30am on May 20th 2011 and stayed there till 1pm the next day. In that time he mediated for 27 hours for world peace.
