Per the box instructions for Goya Frozen Pork Pasteles:
Stove Top: Place unopened pouch in boiling water for 15 minutes. Carefully remove from water and cut along side. Empty pastel onto dish and serve.
Microwave: Place unopened pouch on micro safe dish; Puncture pouch 3 - 4 times with fork to vent. Heat for 5 minutes using High setting.
(With micro, I find that 5 minutes is sometimes too long and will dry the edges)
