You only get bed head when you haven't been on your animal crossing for some time. Bed head is where the hair sticks out and looks quite scruffy. I got it because i didn't go on for several months. This is the only way i know to get it. Hope this helps xx

It's in the city. You know where those orange cones are? Well, once you get off the bus DONT go up the stairs. Instead, head straight to the very far right side of the city, and there's the orange cones. Now, on random nights after 8pm (I think) one of the cones with move out of the way. Just go through the empty space there into Ressetti's lair.
