All depends on what delivery option you choose.
If you choose express delivery, it usually comes the next day
If you choose Free Delivery it can take anywhere between 2 to 8 business days depending on what you ordered, and where it is being delivered.
If it is a preorder, it would be that many days after the product is released for free delivery, though with express delivery there is a possibility to get it the day before it is released
If you do not receive your delivery by then, it is always worth ringing them up about it, but, from my experience, they generally have great delivery service
