The Saga of Darren Shan; this is a series of 12 about the life of a boy (Darren Shan) who is turned into a vampire and goes on to become a vampire prince and eventually die at the hand of his best friend.

The Demonata Series; This is a series of 10 books telling of a alternate universe of demons which can break through and reak havoc on earth. It alternated between characters, places and times, telling of Kernel, Bec and Grubbs who all seperately come into contact with these demons and are eventually pulled together to help save the world!

The City Trilogy; This is Shan's series of 3 aimed at adults and tells of

"the City" a mysterious place of gangsters and magic.

The Thin Executioner; A stand alone novel about a scrawney boy shunned by his family who dreams of following in his father's footsteps and becoming an executioner.

The Saga of Larten Crepsley; Currently oly one in this series, "Birth of a killer" This is a spin of from the saga od Darren Shan and tells of how Darren's mentor, Larten Crepsley grew into the vampire we met in previous novels.
