three
AnswerActually it is less than three numerically speaking. We know from the gospels that Jesus died at around 3pm on the Friday afternoon. However, on the Sunday morning, while it was still dark, the tomb was found empty. We must assume then that it was very early - around 4 - 5 am or so. Therefore, between 3pm on Friday to 5 am on Sunday is just 38 hours, or just over a day and a half.
However, in Jewish culture, even part of a day was classed as a whole day. Therefore, we hear in the gospels that 'on the third day' Jesus rose from death. While numerically speaking it may only be 38 hours, by Jewish reckoning, as the part days are also included, the resurrection took place on the third day.
I have heard another explanation: The High Holy Day, adding a day every so often to the year because of the Hebraic calendar only having 360 days per year, just coincidentally occurred on that very weekend.
According to the Bible, Jesus was resurrected three days after his crucifixion. So it would be around 30 AD.
Jesus resurrected three days after he was crucified. The devil did not resurrect in 2013.
yes he was resurrected 3 days after being crucified.

Evangelize.
There isn't one. The Bible is very specific that it was Jesus who was Crucified, Died, and Buried in the Tomb for 3 full days and nights. Then it was Jesus who was Resurrected and after 40 days, ascended to His Father and our Father.
No. Jesus just visited the Americas after he was resurrected.
Well, Jesus was born in the year 0000ad, and when he died and resurrected he was 33, so the year would have been 0033ad.
There is no genetic analysis for Jesus Christ as He is the only man to be resurrected and return to the Father - the firstborn of many.
A:A great many people DO believe that Jesus was crucified. Not everyone, but a great many. Whether or not he was resurrected is another matter. The Jesus Seminar, a group of eminent theologians and conservative scholars carefully examined the gospel evidence and concluded that Jesus was crucified as a public nuisance but that he was not resurrected physically.
