Decibels (dB) is the unit for expressing the relative loudness of sounds. Humans can range from 10 dB to over 90 dB depending on the type of speach. Wispers range 10 to 15 dB, average converstation 50 to 60 dB and shouting 85 to 90 dB. Note that this is just an indication as each person speaks at a different loudness.
I believe it depends on the listeners perception, and the effort put in by the speaker. If the speaker is obviously trying to be loud, you can see it in their face. Some people are just louder than others, so one man's shout, might be another man's whisper.
That depends how close you measure to the shouter's mouth. The closer - the louder! The distance is very important if you measure with a sound pressure level meter.
It depends only how close you are to the shouter's mouth. The closer, the more decibels the sound pressure level will show.
An Average teen girl's yelling is upto 105 Decibels.
Humans can not bear more then 125 decibels.
130 decibels: jackhammer, power drill, air raid

There is a few generators that will produce less than 60 decibels. That is about the same decibels as background music. These are good to use if you live in an apartment or have very close neighbors.
That depends on two things: On the volume of the shouter. (There is no average shout!) And on the distance where your ears are. The closer, the more decibels are there. I suggest: Go far away from a shouter.
80 decibels
20 decibels
207 decibels.
70-100 decibels
20 to 50 decibels (dB).
85 decibels maximum.
in what
130 decibels -140 decibels close up maybe louder though
Roughly 150-160 decibels.
•Sound can be measured in many ways such as decibels. There is a special machine which you can by that measures how many decibels something makes. A pin makes 10 decibels where as a loud persons or a stereo can make up to 80 decibels. Volume is measured in decibels. So Frequency is measured in hertz
a plane has 15000 decibels, there are lots maybe upto 2000000
