There's a guaranteed Fire Stone in Fiery Path and a guaranteed Red Shard on one of the water routes (124? 126?) that you must dive for. For more, use Thief on wild Corsola to get more Red Shards(5% chance improves if Nincada is in front, but only in Emerald).
