Depends on which copy of the series you have. Originally intended by tolkien as one book, it was soon split up into three books: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers (which has 323-327 pages), and The Return of the King (which has 412 pages), with the Hobbit as a prequel and other books like the Silmarillion as side stories. My LOTR set has 1,135 pages altogether.
