The gospels seem fairly clear, that Jesus did not preach again after his resurrection, only appearing to his disciples and the women of his close acquaintance.

Matthew recorded an appearance of the risen Jesus to the women who saw him while on the way to tell the disciples of their experience. Later, the eleven disciples went to a mountain in Galilee and also saw Jesus for the last time.

Luke recorded appearances of the risen Jesus on the day of his resurrection, after which he was drawn up bodily into heaven.

John follows Luke somewhat, but adds an appearance of Jesus to the disciples at the Sea of Tiberius (Sea of Galilee). However, there is no suggestion that he appeared to others or preached.

Acts of the Apostles, although by the author of Luke's Gospel, extends the time that the risen Jesus spent on earth to forty days, during which he performed wonders, no doubt preaching.

I leave Mark's Gospel till last as this, the original New Testament gospel, did not describe any appearances of the risen Jesus until the 'Long Ending' (verses 16:9-20) was added much later.

Why Do People Not Believe In The Cross?

A:A great many people DO believe that Jesus was crucified. Not everyone, but a great many. Whether or not he was resurrected is another matter. The Jesus Seminar, a group of eminent theologians and conservative scholars carefully examined the gospel evidence and concluded that Jesus was crucified as a public nuisance but that he was not resurrected physically.

Did Jesus's death raise the dead?

At the actual time of His death there was noone resurrected. It was only when He was resurrected that many hundreds of worthy souls were also resurrected along with Him. Some mistake this for the first resurrection but this is a mistake, the first resurrection has yet to come.

How did Jesus come to life again?

God the Father resurrected Jesus from the dead. There is a time coming and many believe it is soon that people that have believed in Jesus Christ and have died that they will be resurrected. Being resurrected means that you will receive a new body that is suitable for heaven and will last an eternity. This first resurrection is for persons who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. There will be another resurrection at the end of Jesus Christ rule and reign on earth (about 1000 years after the first resurrection). This resurrection is for people who never accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. They too will receive new bodies, but they will be sent to the Lake of Fire to suffer for an eternity. So you can see that it is ultra important to be in the first resurrection. You need to be "Born again" and that is by believing in your heart that Jesus died for your sins on Calvary, was three days in the grave and was resurrected on the third day. This has to be a belief in your heart. God has the power to bring you to life by believing in His Son Jesus Christ.

What storries show that Jesus helpt people?

If you go to a Catholic Bible, you will find that in the New Testament, Jesus helped so many people. One story you would find is when Jesus resurrected his friend Lazarus. Jesus also resurrected a 12 year girl who was dead. Look at the Gospels of either Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John and you'll find so many testimonies of Jesus' help toward other people in the New Testament.
