It doesn't really. It just means the Democratic party will have to pass the bill by reconciliation. Which they should of done in response to the Republican filibuster from the beginning.
This may well mean the death of the Democratic party as over 60% of the public do not want this bill to pass. The concept of forcing this bill through, against the will of the majority of the American public will, long term, be good for the country as Americans wake up to the reality of what is happening with the loss of rights in this country.
The first answer is correct on the health care bill. The bill will then have six years to get pulled before the real damage and cost will it the country. If the bill goes through, the United States will be delegated to the power of a third world country. Projected cost of this bill, by some grounds, exceeds 100% of GDP. There is no possible way this bill can remain in affect without the loss of millions of jobs and massive inflation in this country.
