That depends on a huge range of things - when you last washed your hands, how well you washed your hands, what you have done since you washed your hands. Most bacteria build up on your hands will be under the finger nails, between your fingers and around your wrists. This is because many people do not wash their hands properly.

No, for various reasons: Your mouth does not have enzymes for bacteria. Enzymes are substrate specific. Because of this the only enzymes that are found are ones to begin the break down of food. The only enzyme that is produced by the mouth is amylase. This begins the break down of amylose (a starch) into simple sugars. Logic says that bacteria grow where there is moisture, warmth and food. None of this fits the skin over the mouth.

Hands have far more germs than the mouth. Enzymes in your saliva prevent germs to develop. It is the reason why most animals clean themselves and their cups with their own saliva, by licking.

Usually your mouth but it depends on where you've been sticking your hands.

Your hands have more dangerous germs though.

Actually your hands got more germs than your mouth because you dont go touching things like doorknobs with your mouth.

it depends, on your hand you may contract germs through external contact which could be carried into your mouth when you consume something without cleansing your hands and your mouth could get germs from the food you are eating and breathing through your mouth
