In rats 4000 mg per kg of body weight kills about half the time. So assuming humans are the same, which is not a safe assumption, an average size person would need to take about 280,000 mg to have a 50-50 chance of death.
* There have been some studies showing slight, probably clinically insignificant, respiratory depression with large doses of fast acting benzos given IV.

For rats the LD50 of clonazepam is 4000mg per kg and for rabbits it is 2000mg per kilogram. If the average human weighed 70kg (around 160lb) then based on the LD50 for rabbits 140,000mg would be needed to kill a person.
Clonazepam tablets are available in 0.5mg, 1mg and 2mg. 280,000 0.5mg, 140,000 1mg or 70,000 2mg tablets would be needed to kill.
