The simplest answer is "if you have to ask, you cannot afford it".
Currently nano-tech costs millions just to get started, plus current technology can't make the nano-tech robots do very much, so you're effectively paying a hell of a lot for little robots to do very little.
Once technology improves they will have more functionality, but the nano-tech from sci-fi stories/TV shows/films are a long way off.
