There is no reasonable way to answer that question without more information. As you most likely are aware, land values usually rely very much on location. An acre of land in the middle of a swamp is much less expensive than an acre of land in the middle of downtown. If you are interested in purchasing land, recommend you contact a local real estate agent and discuss your needs.
A random sampling of listings in the Woodbury area revealed an average price of about $145,000 per lot in housing development areas and about $100,000 per lot near the edge of town. The least expensive property was listed at $74,900 (MLS# 3875886), but I could not find the lot size (looked like no more than a half acre).
