How much does baby formula cost for a month?
From 3-6 Months, your infant is entirely dependent on Formula.Hence the consumption would be max..on an average a good branded formula would cost anything bw 18-22 $ per can.So you would be requiring around 10 such cans for the month ( Based on personal experience),this may change depending on an infants consumption. Now my infant is 8 month old & has started eating solid foods,so the consumption of formula is only 5 cans a month.

It depends on what kind of formula you choose. Name brands run about $20-30 per can of the dry powdered formula, where their store brand equivalents are about $10-15... and th…ey are nutritionally equal. I suggest taking a look at the nutritional information labels and comparing for yourself.
Baby formulah for a year costs $1,500 to $2,000.
Typically $1000-$2000 a year just for the formula alone. No bottles, nipples, etc...
according to this website i just found it costs between 1200-3800 a year for the formula alone. I'm assuming the range is due to different types of formula that can be used - …cow milk based, soy, powder, pre-mixed etc... * It also depends on the brand you purchase! Name brands are much more expensive than their Store Brand counterparts, but they are all nutritionally equal. There are so many options when it comes to infant formula, but there is really no reason to pay $20-30 per can when you can get essentially the same thing for half the price, and in a larger amount! We used Parent's Choice, Walmart's Store Brand, and saved over $1400 by the time we were done with formula. You can save this money with any Store Brand.. I know Target, CVS, etc all have their own... Walmart's was just easier for us.
You can't look at baby costs by the month. Once you make the commitment to have a baby you need to realize that it is going to last 18 years.. The cost of items will vary dep…ending on where you live. In order to help you plan your budget, you should think of such things as these:. infant formula (vs. breast milk) . commercially prepared baby food (vs. infant food you puree yourself) . clothes purchased (vs. clothes you make and used clothes that you can get from friends and relatives) - babies grow fast! the baby won't wear the same things for very long . diapers - disposable (vs. cloth diapers that have to be laundered, or a diaper service) . accessories such as towels, blankets, crib sheets, mats, and covers . consumable items such as baby shampoo, lotions, powder, ointments, baby aspirin . lasting purchases such as changing table, crib, playpen, and stroller, and smaller items - hairbrush, bibs, high chair, teething ring, baby bottles, carrier, car seat, tote bag, toys . child care - daycare and babysitting (vs. care given by parents and relatives) . doctor's visits - sickness aside, you will have to make "well baby" visits at planned intervals for progress checks and required shots . Some of these things are one-time purchases, and some of them make ideal gift items to mention to friends when they start to plan showers.. Your commitment doesn't end at age 18, by the way. Parenthood is for life. A child may become legally responsible for some things at age 18 or 21, but if a college education is in your plans, better start saving now.
Baby formula is about 12 cents per day. There are more expensive brands though. When your baby drinks about 30 ounces per day it will cost approximately $3.60. But, when your …baby grows it will start drinking about 40 ounces a day which is equal to about $4.80 a day. So on average, yearky you will spend $1,500 to $2,000 on baby formula.
You would need to tell us what year you are asking this question, where you live, which store you shop in, and what brand of formula you buy in order for us to answer this que…stion
The actual amount of baby formula use for one year would be about $2,000.
In the 1950's, formulas like Similac and Enfamil were not yet widely available. Mothers would actually use a written formula to mix up the ingredients in the formula by hand. …They would get a large bowl and combine Karo Syrup (corn syrup), evaporated milk, water, and possibly one or two other ingredients. This was the "formula" that most babies of the 1950's and even much of the 1960's were fed.
