It depends on the amount of experience you have. If you have no experience in retail, then the pay will start low. If you have worked in retail before, and received good references, your pay will be higher.
It may vary from store to store, but the Old Navy that I work at issues paychecks every other Friday, but workers with direct deposit get their money every other Wednesday.
the pay depends on the experience. I work at old navy with a little bit of retail and I get paid $8.20. you get 25% off of old navy, and 50% off of Banana Republic and Gap. im not sure about Piperlime and athleta though
