Gee, I suppose that depends. What's important is exactly where it's taken from and how the rest of the fat and skin redistributes itself. Liposuctioning is like erosion really. Removing suspensive fat can undermine areas around the areas that were liposuctioned or eroded. These other areas can collapse into each other and become flaccid and sort of slunk downward . Liposuction to the thigh area can result in an awkward creases aka redundant skin. Slackness here can jeopardize the whole integrity of the genitals or crotch area. Lack of a healthy tauntness here can cause one to have a much more smelly genital situation than necessary. You can see the "slunk" effect in (not all ) but many of the "after" pictures on many of the plastic surgeon web sites. You can end up thinner but with a third rate body situation if you lose "too much" important suspensive fat. It's really scary stuff I think/know.
