∙ 13y agoIf we're talking about live sound engineers, it depends entirely on the type and scale of the show, and on experience (though it's a given that someone completely new to the job won't be thrown into a massive show!). In the UK, what works out to about £10 an hour for an average gig as an in-house engineer - taking care of local support and assisting the headline act's engineer. Expect minimal if any pay when you start! But once you know what you're doing and can prove it, and done enough shows and networking to make a good name for yourself, you can pretty much charge what you want! Usually a bit more than the last ;)

∙ 10y agoSince the Soundcraft Producer 1600 Audio Mixers have been discontinued, it is difficult to gauge hou much the equiptment is worth. I would recommend checking with an audio engineer to get a quote on what the price would be if selling one of these.
