How much money does a restaurant manager earn?
This depends on several factors - location, type of restaurant, experience, and where on the management ladder you are looking to be placed (dining room manager, assistant manager, general manager, etc.) The expansive salary range would be $15,000 - $100,000+. I think for a career move into this field the larger national chain restaurants are best. The salaries are good, the training and corporate support is usually extensive, job security, benefits, and room for advancement. With the larger chains you have the ability to go from the bottom of the ladder to a regional manager if your performance is above average.

The average General Manager of a new car franchise makes about $240k per year. A General Manager running an extremely profitable store can make $500k-1 million.
A shift manager can make up to $11/hr, while a salaried manager starts at $500/wk. An experienced general manager can make up to $70000/yr. Don't expect to make this much star…ting as a crew person, though. As crew with no experience, you're pay will probably be closer to minimum wage.
Depends on the region I suppose. As a Journeys Store Manager I made $250 a week salary plus 10% commission and a percentage of the store monthly. It also depends on how much y…ou and your team sell. My checks (bi-weekly) were anywhere from $650 to $850 usually, sometimes more during peak holidays.
This really depends on both experience and location. However, on average, according to salary.com, a kitchen manager should earn around $40,000 - $45,000.
they make about $50.71 an hour and there annual pay is about $105,470
Depends on the Restaruant size, and amount of business you receive. So around $50,000 - $120,000
it all depends on what company the person is working for. Supervisors range anywhere from $65,000 and up. I know a few people who are supervisors for marketing jobs a…nd make about 90,000. I'd say that is pretty comfortable living wages. I disagree. As a store manager for a very successful corporation, my salary is much lower than 65,000. More so in the range of 25-30 thousand yearly. But as the last post said, it really depends on what type of retail management you are considering. 25-30 thousand in my situation applies to clothing retail.
Naturally, pay levels vary by specialty, experience, industry, etc. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, median annual earnings of computer and information systems manag…ers in 2002 were $85,240. The middle 50 percent earned between $64,150 and $109,950. The lowest 10 percent earned less than $47,440, and the highest 10 percent earned more than $140,440. According to Robert Half International, average starting salaries in 2003 for high-level information technology managers ranged from $82,750 to $151,500. According to a 2003 survey by the National Association of Colleges and Employers, starting salary offers for those with an MBA, a technical undergraduate degree, and 1 year or less of experience averaged $54,643; for those with a masters degree in management information systems/business data processing, the starting salary averaged $43,750. is this per month?!
They would earn about $37,000 a year.
You'd need to factor in many variables: How many customers? How much do you charge for your food? What does your food cost to prepare? What does it cost to BUY the food? How m…uch do you pay your employees? How much are the local licenses and taxes? Any business is about risk. You need to be able to make more than you spend, then you're a profitable business. Will your total sales exceed your total expenses? Will you be able to attract enough customers? Will your prices give you enough profit to cover your expenses and end up with a little for yourself? Unfortunately, a restaurant business is not easily evaluated the way you've asked. Some of the more "exclusive" restaurants, with high priced menu items and trendy decor will be able to attract a client base that assures them a profit, no matter WHAT their expenses are like. On the other hand, some of the little family owned restaurants, that look dirty and have a reputation of making people sick will not make money, but instead will just continue to be an expense. It depends on the location, size and type of restaurant. A big factor is if you will be managing your restaurant or if you will hire a restaurant manager to take care of everything for you. In general restaurant owners make between $50,000-$100,000 for good sized restaurant.
Answer Depending on the class of the restaurant, the hostess can make anywhere from minimum wage to about $10.00 or more, and also depending on the length o…f time the person has been on the job.
Depends on experience, years in the position, etc. Of course it also depends on the area you live in. I have been a Dental Practice administrator for 16 years. I have li…ved in five states in this time frame and have had many different salaries. I live in the St. Louis area and make an hourly wage of $21.00.
I was recently shocked to discover some IT managers earn as little as R18K a month
Ask someone at the reference desk of your local public library for the Occupational Outlook Handbook. It lists all kinds of information you would need to know,(includin…g the salary) of just about any occupation you can think of. (somewhere around... 55,000 a year)

Working as a manager of a large budget hotel chain, pay can start at around £26K pa & range up to around £45K for larger hotels with a few years experience . Bonuses are… based on hotel performance and can earn up to an extra 100% of total salary. Live-in positions are also widely available which can also boost earnings. Work be challenging but also very rewarding, hours can be long but also more flexible than most jobs. The quickest way into this industry is managing something smaller such as a restaurant first or by becoming a Deputy General Manager in a small hotel first. With alot of drive progression can happen pretty fast.
