You should at least weigh from about 85-100.It's okay if you weight like 105.But, if you weight a little lighter then that then i'm guessing you are very healthy or keep yourself in shape!If your a kind of person that weighs more than this it's probably just your mussels, like if you do sports that involves lots of body work then you will just have extra weight from that,and thats very good.And last but not least, if you weigh a bit more and your a heavy person then I suppose you to decrease and watch the things you eat just incase.Because, it can effect you when you grow up.
