Jennifer Walters, the savage, sensational She-Hulk has shown slow steady increases in her strength since she she made her debut in the early 80's. From the start, she was already much more powerful than the super-humanly strong Spider-Man, able to easily able to perform feats of strength such as tossing vehicles and busting down brick walls. Her original Marvel Universe entry listed her as being able to lift (press) at least 50 tons of weight. Later, during her time with Fantastic Four she was shown to lift 75 tons, and later still was able to fight the Thing (lifts 85 tons) to a standstill. Most recently, an update to her Marvel Universe entry in the back of the She-Hulk comic listed her as being able to lift over 100 tons. It has been established that the upper limits to her strength are unknown and could potentially be unlimited like her cousin, the incredible Hulk!

The television Lou Ferrigno Hulk was decidedly scaled down from his comic book counterpart. In the comics, the Hulk has been shown to be strong enough lift hundreds of tons and is virtually invulnerable to harm (he has actually fallen from orbit and survived). On TV the Hulk's feats of strength were much more modest, partially due to creative decisions - for example, the producer decided the Hulk should not be bullet proof - and partially due to budget constraints (I.e. They couldn't have the Hulk rip apart a tank because they couldn't afford tanks). Still, the TV Hulk was capable of easily breaking through brick walls, lifting cars, bending steel plating, and throwing grown men a hundred feet. He would often jump several stories down from a building and land unharmed. He was not, however, invulnerable and did eventually die from a helicopter fall of a couple thousand feet. Given that the TV Hulk was the only super-human in his world, it's safe to say he was still "the strongest one there is".
