Assist her in the beginning when she is so tired she need naps now and then. Make sure there's the food in the house she likes when she has morning sickness 24/7. Go with her to all parenting classes etc and make sure you both exercise somehow, swimming is good for the whole body, because it's not good to just lie in bed when pregnant. Stand by her when the mood swings hit and tell her she's beautiful. Rub her feet and back. Do not tell her she is silly when she's nesting. it's super important to her that the nursery is done before the baby comes. This behavior is built into out brains and should not be ignored. Be there when she's scared for what is coming don't be too harsh when she spends money on cute things for the baby. Many women have waited many years for this.

You can still have sex if she is pregnant. It is complete myth that it is dangerous for the baby. At the later stages she may not feel like it so if needed, do it yourself.
