It's not incredibly difficult, there are six screws on the back, you take that off, there is a metal shield that pops off (look really closely at the edges you'll see what I mean). Then you have to disconnect the cable from the motherboard, it just pops off, this will allow access to the slide part of the phone. You can either take the slider apart or just disconnect the whole contraption, which is much easier. There are six screws (on the part that says Rant) that you can get to by sliding the phone around. Look for the holes on the slider that allows access to these screws, once those screws are off you can get to the LCD, look on YouTube for LCD replacement scoop. It's a similar phone but they go over how to take the microphone and LCD out of the phone.
