How do you know that you have kidney problem?

It's not usually easy to know, but signs of kidney infection are: problems urinating, pain in the back left or right side, skin discolouration. The main function of the kidney's have to do with urine, so the first affect usually comes from urine.

Lots of people can have kidney disease but not realize it because the symptoms aren't noticeable. Some symptoms include frequent urination, foamy urine, urinating less with a strong odor and color, you may have swelling in your extremities, get tired very easily, have itchy skin or develop a rash. It is best to see a doctor right away if you are concerned about having a kidney disease.

That depends on the problem different problems have different symptoms.

If you have kidney stones you will have pain down the side of your lower abdomen, maybe blood in your urine, maybe some pain urinating, maybe pain in your kidney area.

If you have poor kidney function you will feel tired, short of breath, decreased urine output and poor skin colour
