1-keep your eyes open
2-look at the ball
3- shoulders back
4- arms out (pretend your in a jail cell)
5-watch the ball hit your head
6- lean into it
7- aim the ball by tilting your head
Here are other tips that aren't necessary but will help:
1- get a good jump with all your momentum going forward
2-lean back then into it
3 aim your head down
For header goals
1-aim into the corner
2- jump above the person guarding you
3- hit it like you mean it
