There is no age when a child can develop autism. Autism is a neurological difference, it developsin the womb while the brain is developing - thus a person is born with autistic, they do not develop autism.
I think the youngest you can be is about 3, but the majority get diagnosed in their teens, because that's the age when they go to high school. There are those that don't get diagnosed until their adults, or even never get a diagnoses.
