I beg how do you remove VoiceOver from your computer cause when I tried putting it in the trash and deleting it the voice still continued for every single thing i did and its annoying?

You probably put the "shortcut" icon in the trash can. That will not remove the program. You have to use the remove programs utility to completely remove it.
Remove it by clicking: START > CONTROL PANEL > ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS > then select the program you want to remove > REMOVE.

You will not be able to remove VoiceOver as it is part of the system. You probably tried deleting the VoiceOver Utility which is software to configure the use of VoiceOver. You can turn off VoiceOver from the Universal Access section of the System Preferences by clicking on the Seeing tab.
