You say it's running hot, so i am assuming you have hot water in the radiator. If the thermostat was not opening, there would be no hot water in the radiator. Since the temperature sensor is on the engine, it reads the temp of the water in the engine. (Not in the radiator). The fact you have over heating tells me the water is getting hot but the sensor is not reflecting that. I would say it's either the sensor, or the gauge.
The ignition coil for a 2.5l v6 cost about $140.00 in NL . And at least 3 hours labour. My mechanic can't find the ignition coil on my 99 dodge stratus!!
The flat rate labor time is over 6 hours. It takes me around 5.
Crankshaft seals, left side if 6 cyl engine is easy, right side seal is difficult. Cost is labor: left side 2 hours, right side 6 hours.
Depends on the vehicle, could be 1 to 5 hours.
what size motor 2.4, 2.7 or 3.0. If it is the 2.7, the water pump is behind the timing chain cover and is driven by the timing chain, about 12 or more hours to change.

Dodge City is in Kansas.
That depends on a few things. If you do not know what you are doing it could take hours. If you do know then it can only take about 15 minutes.
3 to 4 hours
It depends on the ambient temperature and the setting of the thermostat.
Approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Unlike most cars where the thermostat is on top of engine. The 300 has its thermostat at the bottom of the engine. follow the lower radiator hose from the radiator back to the engine block. It is hooked to the thermostat housing, and of course... the thermostat is just under the housing. Its not easy to change, expect 1-2 hours , on a good day.
