Most experienced bear hunters know that the charge is a bluff charge. They run up to you (charging) to SCARE YOU. Nine out of ten will be bluff charges. One out of ten will be a really angry bear and it won't be a bluff.
The next decision making lesson is the species of bear. If it's a black bear (no matter it's color) then that 9 out 10 rule "could" apply. If it's a brown (grizzly) then it might be 1 out of 10 is a bluff, but 9 out of ten are REAL charges.
Evolution changed the bears in the world, in order to survive. Black bears are creatures of the forest, and they learned to survive by climbing trees. Brown bears (Grizzly) are animals of the chapperal and brush lands (little to no trees) and they have longer claws for digging into the ground and seldom if ever take to trees (when they're around). So being on the ground with no place to escape, evolution made them aggressive...and since man's at ground level; then it's a fight! With black bears, he takes off and climbs a tree...no fight. That's why there's a difference in real charges and fake charges (bluff charges).
Many law enforcement officers KNOW that hunters will try to cover themselves with reasons (excuses), and many law enforcement officers usually write the citation (which is an arrest) and "might" state to you (as they're writing the citation) "you'll have that opportunity to tell it to the judge." The case may be dismissed in court, or you'll be acquited. BUT you'll always have an arrest record, when ever you fill out a job application or any other similar form.

Many accidents can occur while hunting and they are usually fatal. Luckily, most hunting accidents can be prevented by employing careful hunting practices. The most common type of hunting accident is not identifying a target to shoot at.
Hunting has its pros and its cons. PROS.- 1.Fun. 2. relaxing. CONS.- 1.Shooting -may shoot someone. 2. trying to sleep while hunting. -not going to happen-
dont shoot and maybe talk to the other person just ask if they could leave but just be cool about it
When you are hunting you probably turn your phone off because the point is to get the animal close enough to you to shoot it. Most animals have very keen hearing so if a phone rings or vibrates it would be scared off. That's also why people don't talk while hunting they usually whisper if they need to speak.
The boar charges at Jack while he is hunting with the other boys. Jack manages to wound the boar with his spear, but the boar escapes and runs away. This encounter further ignites Jack's obsession with hunting and violence.
Alot, for 1 it can charge you and completely ram you and almost kill you instantly. It can also have a pattern when it charges you, such as a zig-zag. zigzag formations are for when it encounters a rifle and it tries to avoid getting shot while it charges you.
In my opinion, a lung shot will be the most reliable, whether you are hunting with buckshot or slugs. While this link is to a bow hunting site, it has a good illustration of the location of a deer's heart and lungs. Good hunting-http:/bowsitezperiodzcom/bowsite/features/articles/deer/heartorlungs
Dont Shoot people, wear orange if gun season, keep weapon on safety till something is spotted, clearly identify your target, dont be stupid...
While the .270 is a little light for kudu,it can still be used. Here in the United States the .270 has killed alot of elk and the greater kudu is much the same size. If it were me I would load the 150gr. nosler partition,or a barnes 150gr triple shock for the game in question. The most important thing in any hunting situation is the ability to put the bullet in the right spot under hunting conditions. If you shoot your 270 accurately then it is better to shoot that then a bigger caliber that you do not shoot as good.
The mother could potentially face charges of child neglect or endangerment if it is determined that she knowingly exposed her twins to methamphetamine. She could also face charges related to drug possession or distribution. Additionally, child protective services may be involved to ensure the safety and well-being of the twins.
Mothers do not care for the baby egg. While the father cares for it, the mother goes out hunting for food for the winter.
