I certainly hope not. Anyone with that record needs to be removed from the highways.

NO! Why waste money on an attorney who will tell you to plead guilty, pay up and learn from your mistakes.

Almost certainly not, most states have rules in place so that if a driver accumulates more than a certain amount of point violations in a certain amount of time (usually 6 months or a year) they will automatically suspend your license. If you've gotten that many tickets in that short of time, they will see it as it appears: that you didn't learn from the lessons already given, and that you probably won't learn in the future unless stiffer fines/punishments are imposed. Slow down.

How many points do you get on your license for careless driving and if found guilty will your license be taken?

you will get 3 points and no your license can not be taken just for that It depends on which state you live in. In some US states, careless driving is an automatic license suspension, plus a fine and maybe, jail time. Depends on the situation and the Judge's attitude towards bad drivers. PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS GETTING THE "CARELESS" AND THE "RECKLESS" DRIVING CONFUSED.IF IT'S "CARELESS DRIVING" NO POINTS SHOULD BE ADDED. SOMETIMES A COP WILL ISSUE IT THAT WAY SO THE STATE GETS SOME MONEY BUT HE'S HELPING YOU OUT. IT'S USUALLY JUST A FINE YOU HAVE TO PAY. I HAVE 2 CARELESS DRIVING TICKETS MYSELF AND THE ONE COP EXPLAINED IT TO ME THAT HE HAS THE RIGHT TO LESSEN A CHARGE TO CARELESS DRIVING TO HELP YOU IF HE WANTS TO. HE COULD HAVE CHARGED ME "FAILURE TO YIELD RIGHT OF WAY ON ONE OF MINE AND 4 POINTS BUT TOOK IT EASY ON ME AND JUST CHARGED THE CARELESS DRIVING $130 AND NO POINTS. MY BROTHER IS A HIGHWAY PATROLMAN SO I KNOW THIS WAS TRUE BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY CALLED HIM TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN BEFORE THE COP GOT THERE. NOW A "RECKLESS DRIVING" CHARGE IS MUCH WORSE AND I'M NOT SURE OF THE POINTS VIOLATION IN YOUR STATE BUT IT CAN'T BE GOOD BECAUSE IT'S A MAJOR TICKET WHERE AS THE CARELESS IN A MINOR INFRACTION..

You are driving 45 MPH in a 55 MPH zone You can be cited for speeding?

it all depends. you could get a ticket, or get a warning. but getting cited for speeding is exagerating. Unless, you go over the speed limit in a heavily transited area for pedestrians or in a school zone. Maybe the cop wont be so nice.

Is it a felony for getting arrested for an unpaid speeding ticket?

No. Misdemeanor.

How can you get a 76 in a 55 reckless driving ticket dropped and what should you do to reduce it such as defensive driving courses or pleading guilty to a lesser charge Also if you are 16?

You would have to plead your case to a Judge about getting the ticket reduce it. Since it is a reckless driving chare the penalties are stiffer. Now if it was a regualr speeding ticket, you could take a defensive driving course to get the ticket off your record.

How do you keep your license after getting 4 speeding tickets in 6 months?

If you get a speeding ticket in Nevada will they report it to Michigan?

No, I would just recommend not getting pulled over in Nevada unless you pay the ticket. (Unless it is fast enough to be considered wreck less driving, then it would be reported to your insurance company.)

What are the advantages of getting a DWI attorney over a general attorney?

The advantages of getting a DWI attorney over a regular attorney are experience and connections. A DWI attorney can generally minimize all charges on a first and second arrest very quickly. A general attorney in the long run may cost more and be less successful.
