I would take another home test. If it's negative, then you should see a doctor for a blood test and if your not pregnant to find out why you are late. If it's positive, you need to make an appointment with your doctor for prenatal care.

Sounds to me like you are just having a period and are not pregnant.

If you are young and still living at home and can't bring this subject to your mother, go to a family planning clinic and have a test done there. Then you will know for sure, and then you can decide what you need to do next.

You need to see a doctor about this. It is possible the ectopic left scarring etc.
