I have actually tried this... but yes it will... all you need is warmer water and your glowstick! But I have to warn you... the place you will be working at will have to be covered completely and when you pour the liquid into the water, the water will not glow very much. Usually when I tested it, the water glowed only for about a minute, so this is not really the long term kind of thing. But it is fun!
