You need to avoid seeing the girl. i.e avoid areas where she will be and its all mind discipline. You are right about going against God's Will and The Bible so let the fear of God's word rule you. We might feel like stealing, of if you are a boy, feel like sleeping with every girl you see for example, but because we fear the repercussion, we avoid stealing or sleeping around because of the law. Let the other girl know how you feel about her, and then tell her that you'd rather not feel that way and you can both work together to overcome the feelings. You are not bi, you are straight.
