We pretty much did what you do today. We had television, radios, tape recorders(ipods), and bikes. Because PCs hadn't been invented yet, we wrote everything down. The typewriter was the way to get our reports on paper(we didn't have printers, no computers, remember), and we did our research in the public library...in person. We played Board Games, gossiped, danced, hung out in each other's houses, and griped about our teachers. Normal stuff, just didn't have electronics back then.
