Because his creature is monstrous in appearance. Victor also regrets tampering with nature and the natural order of things once he witnesses the anomaly that his monster has proven to be. However the reader can later perceive that though monstrous in appearance the creature is really sensitive, intelligent and vulnerably human. The creature also kills numerous members of Victor's family either directly or indirectly in his quest for vengeance against the creator who abandoned him and condemned him to a life of loneliness and suffering, thus fueling Victor's hatred for him.

The reason why Frankenstein changed his mind about making another creature is because, he started looking at the facts of whether she would love the creature the same way he would her. The other reason was if he created the second creature, would she turn out as evil as the creature was and would they both go on terrorizing people

How does victor Frankenstein feel about his creation?

In the book, Victor made his monster to be beautiful... and then it came alive. After running from it and falling asleep, he wakes to find the monster reaching for him, and he believes the monster is trying to attack him. from then on, he loathes it with all his being. he feels hate, fear, and a sense of loss, because he made this creation and left it. It destroyed everything he loves, his servant, his brother, and finally, his wife! It justifies this action by saying that all he ever knew was hate. "how dare you sport thus with life?" Victor now hates the monster, all he can think is kill... kill... He is consumed with his hatred, and this leads to his death.

Who's bodies were used to make the monster Frankenstein?

First of all, Frankenstein is not a monster, Dr. Victor Frankenstein is a scientist who is really interested in electricity and blood transfusion. He really want to make life after her mother died because of illness. He discovered that he can make the heart of human beating again by having electricity attached to it. So he tried to get the best body parts from the university, but later, the university said that they can not give him any more body parts, but he really need the body parts, so he went to the graveyards and chop of body parts from the dead bodies. he took the body parts from the dead and sew it together to make a whole human body. then he used the same method and made the creature alive. but because the creature's body is formed by dead body parts, it was very ugly. Frankenstein supposed it to be something prettier and nice than human, but it turned out to be so ugly. so Frankenstein left the creature alone and new to the world. Although the monster had a horrible looking, it has a really kind heard. he tried to love everything and everyone, but every thing on the world can't accept him just because he was so ugly. He was the only creature that received no love and is alone. one time, he met a blind girl. because the blind girl can't see him, the became friends and they talked together happily. but when the blind girl's husband came back, he shot the monster and the monster felt what is pain. He was very upset and angry that he became evil. He killed William, Frankenstein's little brother and asked Frankenstein for a mate, a wife, a friend. Then after two years, Frankenstein finished making the mate for the monster, but Elizabeth, Frankenstein's wife killed the Bride of Monster. the Monster was very mad and he killed Frankenstein's Wife. Frankenstein became mad too. So he began chaseing the monster over the world. He was very tired and he finally died. After the monster saw that Frankenstein is dead, he burn himself up in the fire and killed himself.

What are the pros and cons of creating a female monster in Frankenstein?

Pros- He can never have to deal with the monster ever again and no harm will fall on his family like the monster said. - if he creates the monster, they will both move to the remotest of regions in North America and they will never bother mankind ever again.- After hearing his story, the monster wouldn't have to get lonely and sad again, which is the same source that triggered his state he meets victor in, meaning if he created someone for him not to go through the again, he wouldn't have to worry about more deaths.Cons- There will be one more monster to deal with than one. - he would be making his problem worse, because he does not trust the monster to go around on his own, so how can he guarantee 2 monsters.- The monster threatened that if Victor does not make a companion for him, he will murder more people, probably beginning with his own family.- If eh creates the female, how can he guarantee she wont reproduce and make more monster, and like earlier, he doesn't trust them walking around on earth and not creating damage.

How is symbolism used in Mary Shelley's Frankenstein?

There is an unbelievable number of symbolism in the paragraph where the creature has just killed Elizabeth and Victor races into the room to see what has happened alone. They include: Windows/Shutters= borderlines that the creature could not cross until the moment when he reached into Victor's life and took Elizabeth from him. Yellow = throughout the book, yellow is the color of evil and the monster (yellow eyes, yellow moon light) Moon = the fact that the creature is protected by Nature (learning to live in the forest, and so on). Lightning = the moment of life, and the energy that filled the creature with life and potential. Lake = the lake represents the potential of the novel. The way the lake is portrayed mimics the tone of the story. i.e. it is peaceful when Victor is young and innocent, but when Victor is depressed after hearing of William's murder and is returning home in chapter 7, Nature reflects his mood, "vivid flashes of lightning dazzled my eyes, illuminating the lake, making it appear like a vast sheet of fire" (Shelley 50).

Was Frankenstein's monster a creation an invention or a childbirth?

God making man was a creation; victor's monster was an invention--he invented life out of pre-existing pieces rather than creating it Childbirth? No. Come on. He was made not born. I disagree. The human body had been around for a few thousand years before Frankenstein thought about making one. So its not an invention. He created it. God making man was the invention, as it was the first one, the prototype.

Is Frankenstein scary?

As with all 19th century literature it is long on description, setting and philosophy - many people now-a-days find that boring and hard to get through. You have to approach it with the attitude that it will require 'slow and careful' reading, not something that today's literary body is willing to do. If you can 'get-by' that or (like more elite readers) can appreciate it, then yes, it is quite in-depth and provocative.

Why would Victor Frankenstein himself not his creation most likely be considered monstrous?

Victor Frankenstein might be considered monstrous due to his reckless pursuit of knowledge without considering the consequences, his abandonment of his creation, and his failure to take responsibility for the suffering he caused. His actions demonstrate selfishness, arrogance, and a lack of empathy, making him a morally questionable character.
