Non-polar. Despite having polar bonds between the Be & Cls, the overall pulls counteract one another & cancel out. Try to visualize it here: Cl-Be-Cl
and then, Cl<---Be--->Cl
Thus it isn't polar overall but has polar bonds connecting it together (check the electronegativities)
