This is an extremely grey area generally, but the public belief seems to be that Jess is bisexual while Lisa is straight. This isn't exactly confirmed anywhere by them that I've seen.
In 2008 Jess was seen kissing Aussie model Ruby Rose Langenheim at the CLEO Bachelor of the Year Awards after party. While the media described the couple as "genuinely keen on each other," but Ruby said they were just really good mates.
In the music video for "Take Me On The Floor" Jess does kiss a girl while it's hard to tell if Lisa does, yet it is Lisa who sings "I wanna kiss a girl." None of this may matter, seeing as the song is about being at a club.
I've also seen an interview where there were questions asked regarding what celeb girls Jess found hot (supporting Jess being bisexual) and Lisa voiced her disappointment in not being asked, and joined in on answering with Jess.
