Not really, they have rich people and poor. But, most of them are middle class citizens.(I went there for summer vacation, it's a beautiful place, and great shopping) My favorite place was Oujda they have an awesome beach, but you'll get very tan. I always travel around the world every year, and Morocco is on my top list.
