Depends on how tall you are and your bone structure. At 12 you are still growing so you may look at yourself and think you are fat. You aren't. Your body is changing and in the next 6 months or year you will look different that you do today. Give time a chance and forget the diet.

for a female at 5 ft 1 in tall the medical recommendation is 101 - 132 lbs since she is right in the middle of that she is healthy.

Use a BMI calculator to see if your weight is in the healthy range in relation to your height. But you dont sound overweight to me at all.
