He was a carpenter who worked on the set of Covert Affairs. He passed away, and that's why there was a memory credit about him.
I assume you mean the actor who plays him. That would be Michael Steger, best known for his role as Navid on 90210.
Presumably one or more writers and/or producers are Led Zeppelin (LZ) fans and naming the episodes after LZ songs provided interesting parameters for episodes titles. Perhaps …in the future, episodes of Covert Affairs could be named after Beatles or Who songs, or songs of the (personal favorite) Replacements.
Covert Affairs is only part way through it's second season and it has aired a total of 14 episodes.
