Well there's a vocal trick I know how to do but I have no idea how I do it. It feels like I'm folding my whole throat inside out (not at all in any way shape or form painful). And I've never met another person that can do it. Most people try to use their falsetto but it isn't at all and not even close to how I perform it. I would love for somebody to explain to me how this is performed.
yes get your vocal cords tightened in surgery
no, hydrogen can also change your voice because it is also light, but there are compounds such as sulfur hexafluoride which deepens your voice.
yes
The change in voice is caused by the helium allowing the vocal cords to vibrate differently in the lighter gas.
Helium is the element in the noble geses family that does not have an octet. Helium is the element in the noble geses family that does not have an octet.
No, helium is a pure substance and an element to be more specific. It has a constant composition making it a pure substance and it is homoatomic (has only one type of atom) which makes it an element.
Only in a nuclear collider like CERN. It is an element.

Helium is an element because it contains only one atom in its simplest form.
Helium is an element which means that it only has one substance within it
Helium, it is the most inert gas (element ) of all.

Helium is an element. By definition, elements are the most basic building blocks of matter. Therefore, the only chemical in Helium would be Helium.
